Bio
Sonia, our GM of Talent, leads her team in building meaningful relationships and providing valuable resources to support our job seekers and employers throughout their careers. With over two decades of recruitment experience, she has worked with diverse clients, from large corporates to startup and scaling tech businesses, recruiting across various roles including Product Management, Design, Software Engineering, and Digital Marketing.
In her current role, Sonia oversees a team of Fixies made up of tech recruiters, a Community Manager, and a Growth Marketing Manager. She leads her team as they proactively support the entire customer lifecycle through job opportunities, events and content. The through line between these individuals? Their role in connecting to customers in experimental, creative and innovative ways.

Believing in an equitable and transparent recruitment process, Sonia coaches and represents individuals with an accurate narrative. Outside of work, you’ll find her sharing her mum’s traditional Italian recipes and showcasing her excellent caramel slice-making skills. While their three kiddos keep her and her husband busy, any free time she can sneak in is sure to consist of a good ol’ walk & podcast listening session.
