With over 20 years of experience Sonia manages key executive appointments, builds exceptional GTM, Product and Technology teams, and leads affix’s Embedded Talent function.
As GM of Talent, Sonia leads the talent team and oversees recruitment delivery for affix. This includes developing deep market knowledge and recruitment expertise across all areas of specialisation.
She and her team focus on creating the very best and innovative sourcing strategies, providing market insights, and establishing and growing talent pools to ensure you are connected with the very best talent in market in the most efficient ways possible.
Her team champions diversity in recruitment processes and supports affix’s Code Like a Girl partnership, where they have helped place over 190 women, girls, and non-binary interns to build a more inclusive future in tech.
When not reimagining talent delivery and candidate experiences, Sonia enjoys family time, travel, and is known as one of affix’s resident bakers, sharing her amazing Italian family recipes with the team.
