As our Lead Talent Partner, Sara boasts an impressive 20 years of recruitment experience after being encouraged to take a leap of faith into a new industry by our Founder and CEO, Jarrad. Lucky for us, she liked it! Around the office, Sara goes by the nickname “Sos”, a playful fusion of her maiden name, Gossage, and the word “sausage”. Buuut if you want the full story on that one, you’ll need to ask Sara herself!
With a positive and optimistic outlook, Sara is a glass-half-full kind of person and a social butterfly who thrives behind the scenes, rather than in the limelight. She specialises in Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Success, serving as a passionate advocate for candidates in the digital space.
Transparency and authenticity are at the core of Sara’s approach, ensuring that both job seekers and employers have a truly memorable recruitment experience. When she’s not meticulously guiding job seekers through every step of the process with care and kindness, Sara cherishes quality time with her family. You might find her camping, playing at the park with her three young kiddos, or indulging in her guilty pleasures—chocolate and wine. Oh, and don’t be surprised if you catch her secretly enjoying tacky Christmas rom-coms on a random April afternoon!
