Bio
Over the past 25 years, Jarrad has dedicated his career to executive search and specialised talent acquisition, founding affix in 2015 to create a thoughtful alternative to traditional recruitment approaches.
Jarrad works directly with founders, executive leaders, investors and their portfolio companies to build effective leadership teams during critical growth phases. His expertise centres on connecting organisations with C-suite talent, as well as board members and advisors who bring the right mix of experience and perspective to navigate complex business challenges.
At affix, Jarrad leads a team that provides executive search, specialised recruitment, and advisory services with a partnership mindset. This includes helping ANZ companies enter the North American market by connecting them with leadership talent to support their expansion.
Outside work, you might find Jarrad cheering for the Bombers, coaching his kids’ sports teams, or grilling on his Big Green Egg. His next challenge? Learning to surf without his kids laughing at him.
