Bio
Jacqui brings nearly three decades of deep expertise in enterprise technology recruitment. As a founding member of affix, she specialises in building leadership teams across Infrastructure & Operations, Strategy & Architecture, PMO and Cybersecurity for mid to large enterprise organisations.
Throughout her career, Jacqui has partnered with CIOs, General Managers, Heads of Technology, CISOs, and technology leaders to shape their teams and advance their careers. Her experience spans the full recruitment spectrum—from permanent to contract, and project-based engagements.
Jacqui’s approach centres on building authentic relationships and delivering strategic guidance that serves both organisations and professionals. Her extensive network and deep market knowledge enables her to connect the right talent with the right opportunities, particularly in complex enterprise technology environments.
When not at work, Jacqui enjoys family time on the Peninsula, skiing, exploring new destinations, and embracing pilates and yoga.
