As our GM of Technology in Victoria, Breanna leads her team with pride, collaborating with tech company leaders and founders to fuel their growth with great engineering talent across Australia. Breanna’s mission is to craft the ultimate recruitment experience for both job seekers and employers. She achieves this by actively listening to their needs, championing their cause, and going above and beyond to create connections that foster growth and achieve mutual goals. Even in challenging situations, Breanna ensures honest and timely communication, valuing transparency as a cornerstone of her approach.
As an inspiring leader, Breanna encourages resilience, innovative thinking, and a wholehearted focus on what truly matters—people. She supports our team with her infectious energy, unwavering optimism, and focussed determination. Celebrating every triumph, big or small, she checks in with compassion and extends a helping hand whenever possible, all while reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously.
Outside of work, Breanna cherishes quality time with her loved ones, chasing her son around, and enthusiastically cheering for her footy team (go Bombers!). She’s renowned for her big and vibrant personality, loving nature, and infectious sense of fun. A connoisseur of memes, she never shies away from a dress-up party and can rock an incredible costume at a moment’s notice. And because she simply can’t resist being part of every exciting moment, FOMO may as well be her middle name.
