Meet Beth, our newest Talent Partner who specialises in Software Engineering and Product recruitment. Beth is a vibrant force and a natural at making genuine connections between people and businesses. With a background in design and a passion for business, she traded Scottish rain and castles for sunshine and kangaroos, bringing her unique blend of creativity and people skills to the tech world.
Beth approaches talent acquisition with a sunny outlook and a curious mindset. She has a knack for transforming what can be a stressful job search into a fun and engaging experience. Whether she’s championing job seekers or guiding employers through the hiring process, Beth is all about making the recruitment journey uncomplicated and enjoyable for everyone involved.
What gets her excited? Trying new things! Whether it’s discovering a hidden gem of a restaurant, wandering through an art gallery, or exploring a new city, she’s always up for an adventure. You’ll often find her soaking up the great outdoors—be it at the beach or camping (which she looovveesss) with her furbaby Freddie by her side. Oh, and Beth’s a social butterfly at heart; she’s always ready to host a gathering, bringing friends together for good times and even better memories. Connecting people is what it’s all about for her!
