Bio
As a Lead Talent Partner at affix, Alecia connects exceptional talent with opportunities across Infrastructure & Operations, Strategy & Architecture, PMO, Cybersecurity and Sales. She’s built a reputation for her strategic approach to talent acquisition, working with established enterprise organisations and scale-ups to identify candidates who drive transformation.
A part of Alecia’s role is also to help champion diversity by supporting affix’s Code Like a Girl partnership, where we’ve proudly helped hundreds of Code Like a Girl alumni get internships into software engineering roles with leading tech businesses.
Alecia combines kindness with deep industry knowledge to build lasting relationships with technology and sales teams. Her ability to understand both technical requirements and business impact has made her an obvious choice to senior technology leaders.
Outside of work, you can find Alecia exploring Victoria’s high country or cheering on her daughters from the sidelines of a lacrosse game!
