Alecia’s career journey began in advertising sales at one of South Africa’s leading newspapers, where she eventually climbed the ranks to a leadership position. After making the leap to Australia alongside her husband and two daughters, Alecia found her true passion in recruitment and hasn’t looked back since.
As one of our Lead Talent Partners, she recruits in the enterprise tech and software engineering spaces, forging strong bonds with candidates and connecting them with opportunities that foster growth and development throughout their entire career.
Known for her “kind directness,” Alecia brings a personal touch to all of her interactions, offering heartfelt support to job seekers and employers alike. Her genuine care for people’s careers and businesses has enabled her to establish robust relationships with some of the brightest minds in the tech industry.
When she’s not enthusiastically cheering on her two girls at lacrosse, tennis, or dance concerts, you’ll likely find Alecia exploring the picturesque Victorian high country, indulging in delicious brownies, or unwinding with a glass of red wine. Her superpower lies in her ability to effortlessly maintain calm and confidence in any situation— a quality we equally admire and appreciate!
