What we did:

Spotlight Group has been on a transformative journey to enhance its technological capabilities and IT service delivery. With a strategic focus on improving tech infrastructure, Spotlight Group partnered with affix to recruit a Service Desk Team Leader. This role was responsible for managing IT Help Desk operations, supporting multiple brands within the group during a period of significant digital and e-commerce projects. This hire along with a number of other engineering hires is part of Spotlight Group's larger initiative to future-proof its operations, involving major data projects, data privacy, and cybersecurity efforts, all aimed at evolving the retail experience for customers and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
