What we did:
To address ROLLER's ambitious growth plans, affix was tasked with sourcing and recruiting for several key positions, many of which were newly created roles within the company. These positions included their first Chief of Staff, as part of the executive leadership team, Director of Platform Education, Director of Financial Services and Payments, Director of Product, and .NET Software Engineers. The majority of these were first-time hires and growth roles where we partnered closely with Founders and the Senior Leadership Team.
