Postman + affix
Meet Postman:
Postman is the world’s leading API platform, used by over 35 million developers at 500,000 companies—including 98% of the Fortune 500.
Postman isn’t just shaping the API landscape—it’s redefining how industries build, connect, and scale. With a product loved by developers and trusted by enterprises, Postman is in an accelerated growth stage.
What we did:
With continued global expansion and a growing APAC demand, Postman were seeking a recruitment and advisory partner to scale a team in region.
Collaborating with global Technology and Sales Leaders, affix successfully appointed individuals in Sales, Technology and Technical Support functions, including establishing their founding team in Singapore to support their scale across Southeast Asia and India.
This included:
- Competitive Salary Intelligence - Delivered in-depth salary benchmarking across Australia and Singapore, advising on OTE structures and commission frameworks tailored to local markets.
- Establishing Local Entity - Advised on employment requirements in Singapore such as CPF contributions and Employer of Record (EOR) options, as well as regulatory steps to establish a local entity.
- Competitor Market Analysis - Conducted research into competitor salary bands and employee benefits, enabling Postman's People & Culture team to make data-driven decisions.
- Design of recruitment processes - Designed and implemented recruitment processes from candidate identification through to onboarding.
- Strategic Employer Branding - Crafted Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategies that positioned Postman as an employer of choice. This included designing a dedicated affix + Postman Careers website.
affix continues to support Postman's ongoing hiring needs, both overseas and locally in Australia, having established their strong APAC foothold and positioned them for significant regional growth.
