Workspace Experience Technology Lead

This Lead role will be accountable for design and implementation across the Workspace Technology platform and the user experience.  Think research, design, and implementation of the physical and digital device experience including workspace equipment, devices, productivity and collaboration solutions.  Last but not least the role will focus on user adoption, continuous delivery and driving a collaborative partnership to provide technology uplift and improvements.

Must Haves for this role are:

  • success in a comparable position supporting Workspace Technologies that are enterprise-level and mission-critical
  • experience in end-user, mobility & workspace technology domains and their effective implementation i.e. Mobility management; Enterprise Technology & Collaboration platforms i.e. Cisco, Microsoft, iOS, OSX, Android & Windows
  • ability to manage 3rd party service performance to agreed SLAs experience 
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualise complex Workspace technology platforms.
