Fair to say, it’s REALLY tough out there right now – which is why we are super pumped to be working with a well known (well, we think so) digital marketing platform who are, in fact, building a new team. But, what do you mean? They’re bringing their Website Support back to Melbourne as they look to seriously enhance customer conversations… yep that’s right we are looking for a whole team!

So, who are you? You are an energetic and passionate human with great technical know-how (websites/domains), a customer-centric approach and genuine hunger to solve problems.

As an experienced Website Support Consultant, you’ll be joining this RAD (yes, we’re bringing it back) new team on a 12-month contract, forming part of a healthy, supportive, and winning culture; where the winning comes from delivering exceptional customer experience. So what this all means is, yes you need to know you’re stuff (with help) but actually care about customers and outcomes.

You’ll be proud of your proven track record within customer support service, with a good understanding of website/SEO concepts and current industry standards. Some experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Duda platform, and Salesforce wouldn’t go amiss either, but hey, we’re not expecting you to know everything.

To be truly successful in this team, you’ll need to bring your impressive communication skills and a proactive approach to building successful relationships and outcomes. You may not be able to solve all problems – but know when and where to go to get the help you need to do that.
