A little bit about the opportunity
A newly created role in a very clever and creative global team, you will coordinate and support video creation from concept to delivery, and you will be the glue that holds the production team together. You will be supporting various stakeholders in the business to bring their ideas to life and help them succeed. You will have input into the strategy, guiding with your expertise, and you will execute and deliver. You will work across everything from high frequency YouTube content, to internal educational videos to larger production on-location shoots worldwide. You will produce content that is of high quality, but value for money while streamlining processes to create efficiencies.
A little bit about you
Ideally, you will have been in and around the video business for a few years and managed different kinds of productions. You may have been the one behind the camera in a former life, now more comfortable calling the shots and rallying the troops to pull off a kick-ass production. Or, you may have been producing video content for big brand campaigns in house or in agency, but wanted more control over the process so have gone at it alone producing content for influencers on social media. Wherever you have come from you need to be able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (art directors, copywriters, editors, marketing managers etc), have solid organisation and planning skills as there are many moving parts and it’s your responsibility to bring it all together – on time and on budget!
