What is the role?
In this role, you will play an integral part in clearly documenting and communicating complex requirements, solutions and processes as the product is adapted and implemented based on new or existing customer needs.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Perform technical analysis tasks (including Systems Integration, API mapping, Dependency mapping) 
  • Support the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of product and regulatory change initiatives
  • Elicit and document user requirements using various techniques which include but not limited to interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to achieve business objectives
  • Conducting workshops with business and technical SMEs, eliciting technical requirements supporting business, data and integration needs
  • Provide integration solutions support to LAB Group customers during onboarding
  • Maintain a product knowledge base to provide a central source of product expertise within the organisation and support superior product design and maintenance

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Experience in being a Business Analyst in a product based environment
  • Confidence in being a technical BA and working with software engineers etc
  • Experience in developing mock-ups or other artifacts to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions
  • Ability to critically evaluate and improve processes
  • Willing to work with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong initiative to create an environment that fosters initiative in others
  • Ability to meet timeframes and deadlines

You are an exceptional facilitator when working with stakeholders to define their business needs and extract their requirements for what must be delivered. You can gather the business’ required conditions and capabilities, documenting them in a consistent, complete and, above all, useful way for the team that will eventually design and deliver the solution.
