A critical component of the growth plan is the appointment of a Talent Experience Lead, a newly created position that will partner with 99ers and as they continue to scale.

A little more detail on the role
This is a hands-on, startup role, being the first internal Talent role at 99designs. Creating the foundations of the Talent function, you will be able to set the direction of the team that will grow and evolve into the future.
As the Talent Experience Lead, you will work closely with the business to provide strategic recruitment support to hiring managers. You will take the lead on creating the strategy, developing processes, educating managers, being the 99d brand ambassador and hands-on recruiter across several departments to begin with. This role will work collaboratively with external partners (like us) to ensure that the best talent in the market is presented through proactive and innovative methods and talent pools.
A little bit more about you
This opportunity is perfectly suited to someone who has experience in a talent acquisition function, preferably in a fast growing technology environment. While the role will be hands-on at times, we’re looking for someone with experience and/or a keen interest in setting up the right processes and structures while working with the business to ensure that 99ers have the right support to scale. This will include assessing technology requirements (ATS), educating hiring managers on best practice and aligning with the right partners both locally and internationally.
