We are talking about a Senior Digital Performance Manager role at 3-5hrs a day M-F for you to use your digital performance superpowers for good!

So there has been a bit of movement at the station [thanks to the amazing ongoing results], which has opened the opportunity for a new Senior Digital Performance Manager, exciting times.

The role will involve QA work on the team, account reviews, channel optimisations, strategy recommendations, reporting on performance metrics, audience testing, and all that good stuff.
You will provide the guidance and direction to implement campaigns and iterate, keeping the focus on the long-term results, not quick wins. All while still having the time to pick the kids up from school or go for a midday run.

The amazing thing about this role is you get to see firsthand the impact that you’ve influenced; from raising profiles of causes that need that extra lift in volume to helping influence positive change.
Now, the NFP sector definitely has challenges; for example restrictive budgets or different org structures [and processes]. So you need to be up for it and we’re hoping you speak this language, and are prepared to get your hands dirty and truly make a difference.
You will form a really important role within the ntegrity team, with your deep understanding of digital advertising channels (paid social/ display/search) your grasp on tech, and your ability to connect with C-Level leaders within Australia’s key NFP organizations, demystify digital [all that guff] and drive results through digital advertising.
