Over the past couple of years use of Attend Anywhere has grown exponentially, becoming a large-scale, mission-critical application in widespread use across health systems such as the NHS in the UK.

About the Role:

This is a role is about getting development into production in an agile fashion and really enabling faster deployment.  This one is going to need someone who is a bit of a guru in this space who can really effectively collaborate across the leadership teams and tech. teams to drive top notch release management.

This will be managing the whole release management lifecycle which involves creating, scheduling and co-ordinating end to end release processes across development, test and production environments.  You will be responsible for:

  • Driving and managing the release process and associated procedures
  • Forward planning release windows and the overall release lifecycle
  • Implementing continuous improvement activities across release management
  • Managing and resolving issues that affect scope, schedule and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and stakeholder regulatory commitments
  • Co-ordinating all release content and effort based on the service request backlog
  • Leading release meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
  • Weekly release reporting and maintain a release repository

Must Haves:

  • Solid experience planning, scheduling, managing and supporting the release management process
  • Strong knowledge of how ITSM processes work in an Agile development, continuous delivery, DevOps and release automation environment
  • Super strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing and overseeing the entire release management lifecycle using agile methodology
  • Ideally experience working in AWS cloud environments across SDLC and DevOps (not essential but preferred)
