Records Management, has over time… evolved. You see, there once was a time when it was all about ensuring that institutional records of vital historical, fiscal, and legal value were identified, preserved, and then discarded; if someone needed to check a particular record you’d need to request a physical archive box from some far-away storage unit or raise an IT request to get a certain batch of records transferred across to you.

That was then, and today ZircoData brings you today, with the introduction of a cloud-based automated retention management tool that links regulatory requirements to series in a retention schedule, in other words these guys are getting the machines to talk to each other, whilst being backed by the best in breed legal research which delivers a single source of truth lowering cost and risk.

The role.
The Records Management Solutions Manager will provide leadership and subject matter expertise across ZircoDATA’s Information Governance products. Crucially you will lead the solution as a subject matter expert by;

  • supporting the Sales team with opportunity identification, 
  • delivering demonstrations to current and prospective clients, responding to technical solution questions/requirements, including assisting Sales teams to close opportunities
  • identifying additional information governance revenue opportunities.  
  • providing solutions and advice to prospective clients, via a consultative approach,
  • taking ownership of solutions and projects manage the delivery including customer engagement
  • consulting and leading retention schedule development; retention policy recommendations based on relevant industry regulations/citations, 

The type of human we are looking for.
A solutions-focused subject matter expert, who loves getting amongst the detail to solve problems, but is also comfortable explaining the how and illustrating value to key commercial stakeholders and clients.

The very key to this role is that you bring demonstrated experience in developing information governance solutions for Enterprise customers, and have a hunger and passion for this space.

You are resolute amongst ambiguity and change, commercially focused, and eager to drive both adoption and growth in uptake of this product.
Have partnered effectively with Sales teams driving growth objectives across a variety of clients with great complexity. 

You bring a solid experience in the records information management field including the development, interpretation, and application of retention schedules.
