I am super chuffed to bring to market the opportunity to work with one of the most amazing teams, one that I think is at the top of their game.
We are talking about a Senior Digital Performance Specialist role open to full-time or part-time! Here’s the time for you to use your digital performance superpowers for good!
So, let me introduce to you the team at ntegrity.
They’re an agency that was built with the simple philosophy of helping good grow. How great is that? They work with Australia’s biggest Not-For-Profits and For Cause businesses — think The Salvation Army, Movember, World Vision International, Make-A-Wish, The Good Friday Appeal, and lots more.
Inspiring stuff! And what I love about these guys is that they are all committed to this mantra of making good grow. They all seriously love what they do and they are damn good at it! Last year they raised over $18m for NFPs and they’re on their way to making that $25m in 2022.
So there has been a bit of movement at the station [thanks to the amazing ongoing results], which has opened the opportunity for a new Senior Digital Performance Manager, exciting times.
ntegrity are big proponents of work-life balance and believe in supporting parents (or anyone really) to further their career in a way that suits their lifestyle. With that in mind, they’re looking for a high-caliber, a senior player who wants to work part-time.
The role will involve QA work on the team, account reviews, channel optimisations, strategy recommendations, reporting on performance metrics, audience testing, and all that good stuff.
You will provide the guidance and direction to implement campaigns and iterate, keeping the focus on the long-term results, not quick wins. All while still having the time to pick the kids up from school or go for a midday run.
They’re looking for someone who loves what they do and understands that awesome performance is not all about driving down CPA, in fact, it is about creating true balance in the journey; connecting, engaging, and interacting with the right people. [If this is you, please do read on].
The amazing thing about this role is you get to see firsthand the impact that you’ve influenced; from raising profiles of causes that need that extra lift in volume to helping influence positive change.
Now, the NFP sector definitely has challenges; for example restrictive budgets or different org structures [and processes]. So you need to be up for it and we’re hoping you speak this language, and are prepared to get your hands dirty and truly make a difference.
You will form a really important role within the ntegrity team, with your deep understanding of digital advertising channels (paid social/ display/search) your grasp on tech, and your ability to connect with C-Level leaders within Australia’s key NFP organizations, demystify digital [all that stuff] and drive results through digital advertising.
At ntegrity, digital performance isn’t about generating traffic for volume’s sake — at its core, it is about helping people find the right information, right time, and place. We are looking for a human who is passionate to join this team, and passionate about getting CPAs that seriously change the world.
To be honest, you could sum up this role as these are nice folk, they do nice things, and they want you to come to be a nice person with them!
If the talk of all of this good stuff truly does resonate with you, and the thought of being able to either return to the workforce, turn the volume down [or up on the stuff that matters] sounds amazing, then please let’s chat; > I’m super keen to meet you…
