Yep. We’re flippin’ delighted to be buddying up again to help our mates @ Ryvalmedia  find a #superrr critical Paid Media Specialist to join their crew and play a key role in helping them scale their paid media offering here in Brissy.

This is where you come in…

We’re after a Paid Media Specialist with a couple of years experience under their belt and a desire to level up their paid media game! If that sounds like you then read on dear reader..  

Working alongside the agency Director’s and Digital Managers within the team, you’ll play a key role in sinking your teeth into some exciting and large scale Paid Media campaigns. Think: Search and Social campaigns predominantly, but you’ll get to be exposed to the full media mix. So if that’s your bag then this might just be the gig for you. 

This is a role where you’ll get to flex your Paid Media technical skills and you’ll be exposed to some pretty cool strategy conversations at a client level with the support of your team.

Your mission? To bring your hunger and passion for the Paid Media patch, and a real desire to flex your Paid Media technical muscles at a campaign level across ‘All Things’  paid media, planning, buying and execution for the agency + Ryvalmedia’s most cherished clients.

In this gig, you’ll get to be involved in Paid Media strategy conversations and campaign implementation across a number of cool clients in Brisbane. You’ll also consult and work with the Senior Specialists to provide a pretty unique and exciting offering where you’ll play a starring role in executing some wins at a campaign level. 

We’d like to think, you’re someone that is more than comfortable jumping ‘on the tools’ across Paid Media channels. Ideally, you’re someone who has a deep understanding of the full digital mix, but your strength will be in driving holistic Paid Media campaign delivery, with particular experience in executing high-performing Paid Search and Social campaigns. 

Here’s a sneak peak at what we’re looking for in YOU.. 

  • 2+  years experience in the industry taking the lead on meaty Paid Media implementation at a campaign level that you’re proud to demonstrate;
  • A desire to be level up your Paid Media experience both at a strategy and implementation level across a range of online channels including Search, Social, Display, Programmatic and Video; 
  • A deep comfortability getting ‘on the tools’ with Implementation skills that sit predominantly across Paid Search + Social channels;
  • You’ve got strong chops when it comes to building out channel recommendations and translating it into media recommendation/plans;
  • Top notch skills working across all the ‘cool’ tools and platforms; Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360 & Google Analytics to name a few (you don’t need to tick ALL THE boxes though, there’s lots of room for development in this role);
  • You’re an excellent communicator. You love consulting with clients / brands and you’ve got both the verbal and written communication skills to match; 
  • You’ve got the right morals and desire to do GREAT work and put your clients and their success at the forefront of everything you do; And 
  • A comfortability working with the Digital and Paid Media team to present to clients & stakeholders on digital/ paid media strategy.
