That’s what we did when we first imagined affix. From the get-go, we had one goal in mind: to provide a refreshing alternative to traditional recruitment. But over time (6 years, to be exact) it’s proven to be more than an alternative.
It’s common sense.
How have we done it? Good question. By completely aligning ourselves to the best interests of our customers. It’s a simple change that enables affix to team up with company Founders and business leaders as a strategic partner, helping them scale and bring their ideas to life.
Alright, so what’s the gig?
As a Lead Consultant, your role is to be a strategic partner and work alongside company Founders and business leaders to build great teams and help them scale. This is a big deal and when done well, in a well-thought-out and targeted way, we give our customers a competitive advantage. We take that bit pretty seriously.
In addition to playing a key role with some pretty amazing businesses, you’ll also have the opportunity to coach and mentor a person or two on team affix. We have an incredible team of people who are all at various stages of their careers. So to take one or two of these amazing humans under your wing is a big responsibility… but a pretty exciting one, don’t you think?
A bit about you
This role is perfectly suited to someone who has recruitment experience in technology, product and/or data and is set for a new direction. Whether it be gaining more exposure to scaling tech companies, building teams or you’re open to new ways of working, a career with affix could be just the thing.
