As the business continues to grow they need a platform that will allow for this with continuous improvements to customer service. This includes accountability for the customer facing applications, platforms infrastructure that supports customer engagement and payment channels. The role is also responsible for leading the ongoing lifecycle management, enhancement and support of the Digital Services portfolio of applications, including mobile applications (iOS and Android), API Gateway Micro Services, Web properties (sites) and associated Content Management Systems (CMS).
