This could be anything from SEO, conversion, and empowering the team beyond campaigns.

Absolutely data driven, but with a bias for action. Willing to make decisions and move forward. If it turns out you need to pivot or learn from these decisions, that’s cool too. The role is at the intersection of product and marketing, so using data to improve the user experience of customers. It’s an opportunity to search out places of friction, and create highly personalised experiences and build innovative products and features. And it’s absolutely responsible for moving the needle on acquisition through experimentation. A love of experimentation should be in your bag of tricks!
You understand that everyone wants things done and can make tradeoffs while staying on top of your backlog and key initiatives. You’re great at letting people know what’s going on and have the ability to stay focused where the most value is to be gained. You are the master of balancing competing needs, you can balance design, technology, and business while keeping in mind the often conflicting needs of the creator community and clients.
