Now then, if you came here looking for an all-encompassing growth marketing role, well you came to the right place. Digital products your thing? Well, kindly do keep reading!
Here at affix we’re working with Loup, an international health and fitness subscription business, to find a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their ranks on a permanent basis. This is pretty exciting stuff! The role interfaces with the whole business and acts as a ‘brand custodian’ to two digital products in the lifestyle space.
So, who are Loup and what do they do exactly?
Let’s start with their products.
Loup develops and takes to market digital subscription products in the health, fitness and lifestyle space. Their current products are Centr by Chris Hemsworth, Emily Skye Fit by Emily Skye and TIFFXO by Tiffany Hall.
Part of Fitness and Lifestyle Group, Loup’s in-house team is 50 strong and comprises of product development, content, brand, creative production and community management.
Loup looks, feels and moves like a digital scale-up. Their approach is agile – decisions are made quickly, processes continuously refined, and strategies adapted in a moment.
What will I be doing at Loup?
First and foremost, you’ll be responsible for keeping the customer at the centre of everything in terms of product development, community management and messaging. This is where I love Loup’s terminology of ‘brand custodian’. It basically means that you’ll be the person driving a consistent approach and journey for all subscribers. From an acquisition perspective, you’ll be ensuring that future growth is driven in line with the products’ brand guidelines.
Two products will fall under your remit – Emily Skye Fit and TIFFXO, and your role will cover both local and overseas markets. From a strategy perspective, you’ll conduct research to assess the markets for each product, how the products are currently performing, and set goals to grow the subscriber base. You’ll work closely with the team to execute product enhancements, create new content (this could be workouts, meal plans, comms) and drive community activity.
You’ll wear the hat of a digital project manager – leading the execution of growth strategies and getting the team on board to deliver on key milestones. You’ll also be responsible for a 7 figure paid media budget. Your role will be heavily focused on acquisition and growth, but will also look at retention of existing customers and their journey as ongoing subscribers.
You’ll work closely with the CRM team to drive insights and reporting, and from a hands-on perspective will be comfortable diving into the likes of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
What you’ll need to bring to the table
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be someone who can think on their feet, work at pace and act as the voice of the customer. You’re someone who gets a buzz from delivering a consistent brand message, acquiring new customers and delivering an all-round great customer experience!
You’ve worked in start-up/scale-up environments before – ideally, you’ll have experience working in the world of apps or digital products, developers are your friends! You can operate in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable working to metrics around acquisition – with a focus on performance marketing.
Given the nature of the company, a passion or interest in health and well-being would not go amiss!
A staunch champion for brand, inquisitive and driven?
You know what to do!
