The world right now is pretty damn cruel -both on a local and international scale we are all getting tested in one way or another. The pandemic may have taught us all a good lesson or two – the key is to enjoy and appreciate everything, and where possible help others do the same.

A key difference that I see with what ntegrity is doing better than any agency I have worked with is that they are genuinely helping the for-purpose sector grow their internal capability, rather than building dependency on agencies – this is the very reason for their continuous growth and the very reason I am looking for an incredible growth marketing lead today.

[Purpose {Small word, big meaning}] The purpose of this role is to deliver growth in the performance of ntegrity’s clients through digital channels. This will be achieved through developing and delivering expertise in digital media & campaign services including paid digital advertising (search, social, display, and video), search engine optimisation [SEO], email, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation – that’s right we are looking for your leadership, insight, and brilliance across all of the channels.

The amazing thing about this role, well you actually get to see first hand the impact that you’ve influenced or even generated [made happen]; from raising profiles of causes that need that extra lift in volume, to helping influence positive change [this is the part I mentioned earlier in using your powers for good].

So, in terms of the human we are looking for, this is what of who we need;

  • High EQ, an excellent listener, and the ability to transform complex or detailed data into clear and powerful communications [written and spoken]
  • Experience in growing revenue through strong strategic focus and execution 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, who is naturally curious and unafraid to ask the right questions, and focused on achieving results 
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology, including experience managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns 
  • Strong client relationship management and the ability to function as a trusted digital advisor, thinking beyond the brief to deliver solutions that help the client consistently grow
  • A strong work ethic and being a genuine team player 

You will lead a really talented team, in pursuit of arming purpose-driven organisations with the tools and the know-how to drive results through digital advertising + deliver more outcomes of good.

[the disclaimer] Yes, there are some amazing benefits to working with and helping the NFP Sector, but…. as an industry there are challenges; restrictive budgets, different org structures [and processes], it is its own ecosystem. We are hoping that you speak this language, and are prepared to get your hands on in truly making a difference.

We are looking for someone who has atleast;

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media management with 5+ years leading campaign development and delivery 
  • 5+ years experience guiding and mentoring staff 
  • Advanced qualification/experience in key digital channels including Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 
  • Experience [and proven examples] of building customer and supporter-centric digital campaign strategies that deliver on or above targets for a range of clients [work within the NFP sector would be amazing, but not mandatory…]
