As they continue to grow, they are looking to find an experienced Field Services Technician to join their support team and provide a full range of EGM technical support to their venues.
In this role you will be working across Customer & Technical Service, Reporting and WH&S Compliance.
Day to day you will be part of the team working on all on-site installations and upgrades of gaming equipment, diagnosing errors, and investigating and resolving technical problems (including complex systems faults), and determining proper solutions, delivering customer service that exceeds expectation in line with company initiatives.
You will have proven experience supporting, testing, and upgrading the Bally (SG) iVista/iView hardware and software and maintain and manage the in-house EGM laboratory. Also ensure the use of required reporting tools (ServiceNow) is updated as per venue processes and expectations, in real time.
