Yes, this is great news…which leads me to the very point of this ad; we are on the hunt for an up and coming digital superstar to join the Thryv agency as a trusted partner to clients, working daily on managing various accounts, performing various tasks related to Google ads, and other search platforms. We’ll also be looking at you for all things performance; providing professional recommendations and insights to various client ads, and reporting.

The gig
As the Digital Campaign Manager you will be the go-to person for campaign insights and recommendations, including day-to-day contact for Thryv agency clients; and what this means is you’ll

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Manage the implementation of conversion tracking for digital campaigns via GTM/GA
  • Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.
  • Analyze client’s business goals (increase leads, increase eCommerce sales, specific model promotion, etc) and translate to a digital marketing plan
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Working amongst a pretty amazing team you will be working to enhance Thryv’s customers’ core growth channels in SEM, Social and Affiliate to attract and convert new clients to their businesses.

We need somebody who can think creatively and non-conventionally when it comes to growth. Somebody who is comfortable finding unique angles within new and existing push-marketing and pull-marketing channels. 
You may have worked a digital role (SEM, SEO) ]agency side or you may even come from a product, at the crux of it we are looking for a human who has a genuine passion for all things performance; 

Essential bullet points:

  • Hands on experience in managing Paid Search campaigns, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
  • You can talk through your success [and failures] with identifying opportunities for paid campaigns
  • You have a solid understanding of Google Analytics to use data-driven marketing to make key decisions on client websites to improve sales & lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving (A passion for examining insights to help develop creative marketing acquisition) 
  • Strong sense of ROI – you can demonstrate the ability optimize a performance goal (sales, revenue or leads)
