CX Marketing Manager

Here might be a role for you! The Memories Group is looking for a CX Marketing Manager, a role that executes a blend of customer insights and campaign execution to drive their member engagement.

What’s this CX Marketing Manager all about?

You’ll be responsible for direct marketing initiatives to drive engagement with MGL’s members. These initiatives should drive cross-selling, up-selling and retention outcomes.

Key driver to this role is ‘one to one’ marketing campaigns, understanding and segmenting users behaviour to personalise communications to drive a great member experience and business outcomes. 

The role will create, implement and continuously improve direct marketing programs to the 6 million users in the Memories Group.

  • Collaborate to develop programs that lift engagement and revenue from members of Memories Group Limited brands: Memories and FutureMe 
  • Planning, implementing and optimising direct marketing projects through multiple comms channels 
  • Designing campaigns for multiple customer segments and testing messaging and campaign design to drive the best outcomes 
  • Planning and setting up workflows and email automations 
  • Contributing to the development of customer segmentation and how this is used across the marketing, product and customer support and experience teams 
  • Assisting with analysis and reporting of direct marketing activities, generating insights that deliver continuous improvement
