Customer Success Specialist


Straight up, we are pretty damn stoked to be working with this crew who are first up pretty passionate about what they do (and they are very good at it) in providing Aussie businesses with the ability to manage their online presence (websites, online directories) within a simple, central point of control.

And now they are looking to grow their team of Customer Success Specialists, as they hone their focus on the SMB market… genuinely exciting times.

Well, other than just being an amazing, passionate human, you are a digital native who is just as savvy in dealing with a customer who thought they wanted red, but really want purple, as you are navigating and immersing yourself in new technologies all the while managing and communicating with a multitude of stakeholders… lots of stuff.

You’ll be proud of your proven track record in solving challenges in a data-driven, customer-centric manner and have the technical ability to boss their proprietary software and in-house tools (a bit of salesforce know-how would be the icing upon the proverbial cake).
What is the role?
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Specialist is a pivotal role within the Sensis Operations business, tasked with ensuring customers are successfully onboarded post-sale for their Online Directory, Website and their self-service Connect portal. 

This 12-month fixed term contract will see you in direct contact (inbound/outbound) with Small to Medium Business Sales customers. You are providing customers with important product information and also provide assistance with technical or other questions related to Sensis products. 

You will take care of the phone-based onboarding of customers and accompany them through the first application steps. You will also be responsible for ongoing engagement with the customer to ensure as a team you are optimising their experience and helping them win!
