And now they are looking to grow their team of Customer Success Specialists, as they hone their focus in on the SMB market… genuinely exciting times.
So, at this point, I’ve told you a little about me and that’s no doubt been not only insightful but great reading. You are no doubt wondering, what does this role require and need from me? Great question! Well, other than just being an amazing, energetic, passionate human being who is just as savvy in dealing with a customer who ordered red, but really want purple, as you are navigating and immersing yourself in new technologies all the while managing and communicating with a multitude of stakeholders… Lots of stuff.
With experience in Customer Success/Service, you’ll be joining this recherché team on an initial 6-month contract, forming part of this experienced, healthy supportive and winning culture; where winning comes from helping Australian businesses create and manage valuable connections – that in turn delivers genuine value.
You’ll be proud of your proven track record in solving challenges in a data-driven, customer-centric manner and have the technical ability to boss their proprietary software and in-house tools (a bit of salesforce know-how would be the icing upon the proverbial cake).
