The Role

Client Assistant Service Manager
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Client Service Team, with a focus on building team capabilities, strengthening customer relationships and driving continued improvement initiatives.

This role supports the Client Service Manager & Client Service Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our existing clients, whilst maximising opportunities by building authentic and long term relationships. 

Who are you?

  • Interest and experience in people leadership in sales or client service – ideally in a B2B and B2C environment.  
  • Demonstrate an interest in or previous exposure to the uniform, fashion industry or the like.
  • Possess: 
    • credibility 
    • strong communication skills (written & oral)
    • have an eye for detail 
    • leadership qualities
  • Personal values which truly reflect those of Cargo Crew.
  • An eye and passion for quality, style, design and customer service.
  • Able to take initiative. You get things done.
