This industry leading, Australian owned, enterprise technology company is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a 12 month+ parental leave cover contract.
This is an amazing business to join with operations in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, as well as Greater Washington, United States and Montreal, Canada. You will be working with industry leaders in a vibrant, busy environment across multiple very exciting technology projects.
A bit about the role:
This role will be responsible for managing and delivering Impact and Communications Management across customer and technology projects within the technology portfolio.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, program- and project managers to perform Business Impact and Readiness Assessments of projects and develop, maintain, and execute a portfolio level Communication Strategy and Plan that actively supports all stakeholder groups impacted through the delivery of technology projects.
Furthermore, you will liaise closely with the internal communications team to ensure the effective communication of project implementation and go-lives across the organisation.
This role will also be responsible to perform Training Needs Analysis and develop an associated training strategy across customer and technology projects and programs.
