With their recent acquisition by Vistaprint, the team is scaling and we’re on the lookout for yet another amazing creative marketer to join their growing team.

A little bit about the role
Managing campaigns end to end, that’s what this role is all about. You’ll be part of a team focused on growing the 99designs brand by reaching new audiences as well as continuing to engage with the current community by producing and delivering creative content and campaigns through the right channels. 

99designs is collaborative and inclusive so although you will be responsible for shaping and managing campaigns from ideation and planning to execution, there will be support from the wider marketing team who will be both cheering you on and ready to jump in and help as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will be a natural communicator and confident in forming cross-functional teams to ensure a campaign’s success – pulling in, consulting and informing key stakeholders/channel managers through all stages of a project. 
  • Owning the creative/tactical processes and execution of sponsorships, influencer activations and brand partnerships as well as identifying opportunities to nurture relationships and maximize ROI/brand awareness. 
  • You will be involved in long term planning for broad and niche marketing campaigns, generating and validating your campaign ideas as well as those drawn from colleagues, the wider business and agency partners.
  • Playing a role in making their social channels sing – collaborating around strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • And last but not least, quality and consistency across all channels is a must, as well as being able to measure the impact of various marketing activities.

A little bit about you
What gets you out of bed in the morning (besides coffee)? Is it creative ideas and activations? Is it telling authentic brand stories across multiple channels? I hope the answer is yes. If so, read on… 

Of course you will be a natural people-person who loves forming new relationships and who can rally the troops to produce quality campaigns. You will also have an eye for great design, be able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders and thrive on the fact that two days are never the same. And, then there’s collaboration – which is actually a real thing here. You won’t be in it alone, but you will need to have the ability to get others to buy into your wonderful, creative or quirky ideas and bring them along on the journey.

You might be sitting in agency land, dreaming of taking your career to the next level, or maybe you have a love for design and want to be able to do things a bit differently but aren’t in the right environment where you are supported to do this. There is quite a broad scope to work within here, so if you are reading this thinking “I love design, I’m creative, but I don’t have a traditional brand/campaign background, but I am a kick-ass digital marketer” never fear, that could work too!
