We at Affix have partnered with a SAAS client who are looking for several Application Support Analysts to assist in technical and application support for the business, reporting directly to the Application Support Manager.
To tell you a little bit more about who our client is, they’re based on the southside of Brisbane and they work in a cool, niche space – HealthTech for Vets. These guys bring together products, services, and technology into a single platform that connects their customers to the solutions and insights they need to work at their very best
A key focus of these roles is, asking the right questions to identify a problem (true problem solver!) and provide clarification and resolution to the customers. You will also be responsible for escalating those more complex issues to technical support as and when required.
You will be first line of contact for customers, so we are looking for clear and professional communication skills via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
