The Role
Account Coordinator
Supporting a Client Service Account Manager, the Client Service Account Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for our existing clients. Maximising client opportunities by building authentic and long term relationships.
This role is an asset to the team, works exceptionally well with the broader business, can express and demonstrate a passion for sales and exceptional customer service. The Client Service Account Coordinator is expected to build intermediate knowledge in all aspects of Cargo Crew’s product & client service models.
