Do you want to know what baffles us? (Ok so you probably don’t but this is one of those times we’re asking if you want to know something that we’re going to tell you anyway)… 
So what is it exactly…when recruiters don’t take the time to get to know their candidates, what makes them tick, their ‘wish-list’ if you will.

After all, when you really take the time to breakdown what it is we do every day – it’s advancing Candidates careers, finding them homes which align with their goals, and equally Clients who are searching for their very own Unicorns. So, to us, not taking that time to engage on a deeper level, genuinely baffles us. So why are we pointing this out? Because our very own Manju has made a point of noticing this and letting us know how we truly are different and let’s be honest – as if we’d pass up the opportunity to throw out a wee humble brag?!

Manju has landed the gig of Software Engineer at DAS. Who are DAS? (Digital Agricultural Services to be exact)…their purpose? To change the way risk is mapped in global agriculture. By “de-risking” global agriculture, DAS’ sole purpose is to bring profound and positive change to the ecosystem that surrounds our farmers – from policymakers to agribusinesses, to the finance and insurance players that play a massive role in the industries growth. As the Software Engineer, Manju has some massive challenges ahead – we can’t wait to watch her hit them out of the ballpark!
