What we did

affix was asked to support PlayHQ's global growth plans by shaping their executive leadership team and advise on organisational structure. This resulted in the successful appointment of a CTO and Head of Product. 

We played a search and advisory role to the business, consulting on team structure, role and position description creation, and ultimately, the search, engagement, and appointment of a number of key roles across the business. Since then affix has helped to establish the Engineering team with Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, as well as the Product function and PlayHQ’s Partnerships and Sales teams.
