As GM of Technology at affix, Breanna partners with technology company founders and leaders across Australia to build exceptional engineering teams that drive growth. She specialises in connecting early-stage startups, scale-ups, and established technology companies with senior engineering talent by developing comprehensive hiring strategies and tailored organisational design solutions.
Breanna collaborates closely with CTOs, Engineering Managers, and technical leaders to understand their unique challenges and growth objectives, with a focus that goes beyond traditional recruitment to include role design, employer value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies for talent acquisition.
When she’s not helping to shape the future of businesses and careers, Breanna can be found wrangling her adorable young family! She’s known for her fun, creative spirit, love of good food and wine, and unwavering support for the Dons.
