Service Desk Analyst

Based in South Yarra, this mid-sized consumer organisation is in the market for a Service Desk Analyst who can make their mark in a fast-paced environment. Monday – Friday role.
 
This is a Level 1&2 Support role which will report to the Service Delivery Manager. The role will suit someone who has the following experience and skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Desktop Support/Service Desk Analyst role (Level 1 & 2)
  • Windows, Active Directory & Google support experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-managing
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Experience supporting end-users in retail, leisure or hospitality organisations

In order to be successful in this role, you will not only possess strong technical support skills, you will also be a strong communicator who works well at a fast pace. You will be autonomous by nature and solutions-focused.
 
Experience within a mid-sized retail / hospitality organisation would be ideal but is not essential.
