An Education provider is only as strong as the materials they produce. And that’s where you come in.
Online Education is on a continued rise, attracting non-traditional students and working adults who look for flexibility and convenience with their studies. In this role you’ll grow to fully understand what makes these groups tick, what subjects and skills are in demand, and how students want to consume the course material – all to a commercially positive effect. You’ll have a love for digital tech, be ready to spread that passion, and bring energy and organisation to the role.
Stand and Deliver
You’ll be responsible for taking new online products to market end to end, partnering with the Digital Delivery Manager to make concepts a reality. This will likely include a suite of short courses that ladder into full time, accredited programmes, as well as improving existing product offerings.
When it comes to delivering, you’ll thrive under pressure, and ideally boast a sense of humour too. Working closely with stakeholders, the Product Roadmap will be turned into a Product Delivery Roadmap, and you’ll lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure success throughout the full product life-cycle. Your understanding of end to end customer experience integration will put the student at the heart of product decisions.
You’ll have an eye for market opportunity and take accountability for the profitability of new and existing technology products. Your role will assess the value of work and develop cases so that the product roadmaps create a balance between creating student value and a profitable return.
While your attention to detail means that you’ll be creating and iterating products throughout the year, one eye will stay fixed firmly on the future, helping to predict future market demands in conjunction with insights specialists and other teams.
You’ll inspire teams around you to be creative and student-centric in the solutions they produce, while helping to guide the overall product strategy of the organisation.
