Their team is made up of a wide collective of talented individuals across cognitive computing, big data, analytics, digital business design and anthropology. They collaboratively tackle their clients’ problems, massage the pain points and extract the business or organisational value.
Businesses are waking up to the true potential of the data they have been collecting, but not necessarily following. There are hidden trends, untold stories and untapped opportunities within huge amounts of structured and unstructured data.
A Day in the Life
As the Lead Scientist, you’ll design, develop and implement flexible and extensible analytic solutions, targeting areas of the client’s business such as customer, product and supply chain.
You’ll be comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders (both technical and non-technical), guiding junior staff, scoping and pricing proposed work, designing practical team structures, structuring and writing a deliverable, and coding algorithms.

You’ll have a sound understanding of digital and cognitive technologies and analytics, information management and business process based solutions. On top of that, you’ll possess a high level understanding of systems integration, relationship databases and non-relational data stores.
