We’re partnering with a seriously creative health informatics start-up who are taking on the big issues in health tech. They’re a curious bunch, made up of some of the smartest minds in the industry who are experimenting with ideas that inspires positive change. They are building an open, scalable, aggregatable medical data monetisation IoT platform capable of integrating any connected external medical device. This role will be based in Box Hill for the next 12-18 months with a plan to later move closer to CBD. Parking available.
Essential to these growth plans, now is the time to help build the internal engineering team. With a CTO already in place, we have been adding to the team with some great engineers and are now looking for a Senior FS Engineer. You will be in a senior engineer role now, but might be looking for somewhere that has clear career progression paths on offer into dev lead/tech lead positions over the next 6-12 months as the engineering team grows.

Your role right now will be 100% hands on, but as the team grows and we look to divide the team into 2 Agile squads, we need someone who might want to step up into the Tech Lead role. Here is where the career progression can take you.
As the Senior Engineer, you will work with the CTO and other engineers in a scalable microservices architecture layout based on Azure Cloud platform, MS technology stack, MS SQL or Postgres DB (some NoSQL DB knowledge and RabbitMQ messaging would be great). What’s mandatory here? Solid skills coding in the MS tech stack.
