A great communicator and a team player. You will have many touch points internally and externally, so will need to be able to build relationships and influence. You need to be able to make informed decisions that will ultimately increase the performance of the site and ROI.
Ideally you will have managed an e-comm site and developed digital strategies, worked alongside agencies and have some knowledge of retail.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to get stuff done and make an impact, but also be a good person who can add to an already great culture – one that thrives on trust and respect.
