Ultimately, it’ll be your job to help scale this approach. Speak to a wide range of people, find business problems, find market problems, solve them. Buy, build, partner or invest; you’re going to help make those calls and find the fastest, most commercial way to make an impact.
Who are they looking for?
You’ll be a modern swiss army knife, knowledgeable across a wide range of skillsets and ready to design solutions for business problems.
You will take an insight driven and analytical approach, and will be a proven innovator and problem solver. You’ll also have an understanding of Design Thinking, Agile project management, User Journey mapping, Business Process mapping, Transformational Change… and common sense.
Your role will see you collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, so a chameleonic approach will be key to success. You will uncover pain points and opportunities within the business and wider market, work on the ideation process, before formalising the delivery process; requirements gathering, User Stories, User Flows, Personas and other tangible activities.
